Choosing a healthy diet that is full of fruits and vegetables may contribute to a lower risk of prostate cancer. Consider adding these to your food plan:
- Citrus fruits: Orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit are all high in vitamin C, which may help protect the prostate gland.
- Cooked tomatoes: In tomato sauce or soup, it helps release lycopene, which is an antioxidant that may benefit prostate gland cells.
